Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

The Coordinator for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at the federation is Mrs Emma Taylor.  If you have any concerns or queries in regards to specific SEND issues, or would like to discuss your child's needs, then please contact Mrs Taylor through either school office. Please bear in mind that Mrs Taylor works Monday and Friday at the Juniors and Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Infants.

The SEN Code of Practice states that all schools should clearly display this on their website:

‘6.79 The governing bodies of maintained schools and maintained nursery schools and the proprietors of academy schools must publish information on their websites about the implementation of the governing body or the proprietor’s policy for pupils with SEN. The information published should be updated annually and any changes to the information occurring during the year should be updated as soon as possible.’
